Position yourself

Graduate trainee programmes look for evidence you can apply what you studied, not just that you studied it. If your CV is thin on practical experience, complete a short internship or personal project before you apply.

What to do if you are not eligible

If you are still completing your degree or NYSC, note this programme for when you graduate and use the time now to build relevant experience.

Benefits

  • Six months of structured career development
  • Training through Heirs Academy
  • Real work experience within the Heirs Holdings group

How to apply

  1. Visit the official Heirs Holdings graduate trainee portal
  2. Select the participating company that matches your discipline
  3. Prepare an updated CV and documents
  4. Submit before 4 September 2026

Application tip

Be precise about what you actually did in any previous experience or project, including the outcome. Vague statements carry far less weight than one concrete example.
