Where these numbers come from.
Most figures above are drawn directly from our own platform records: completed tasks, mentor matches, approved opportunities, course completions and event attendance. Figures that come from surveys or self-reported outcomes are noted individually, including sample size and reporting period, so the number can be checked rather than taken on faith.
What we're still improving.
We don't track every outcome as rigorously as we'd like yet. Longer-term outcomes, such as career progression years after a fellowship ends, are harder to measure than immediate ones like task completion. We're building better tracking over time, and would rather tell you where the gaps are than overstate what we currently know.
